1. How do I cancel my recurring subscription.

Step 1.    Go to http://cancel.verotel.com/index-en.html

Step 2 .   Enter your usercode and passcode

Step 3.    Click on continue.

You will still be able to access the members area of the site using your usercode and passcode for the remainder of the month you have paid for. After that time you will not be re-billed and your usercode will no longer work.

2. I have lost my Username or Password?

Step 1.    Go to https://secure.verotel.com/cgi-bin/enduser_info_mail.pl

Step 2 .   Enter the email address you used when subscribing to the site.

Step 3.    Click on continue.

Your Username and Password will be emailed to you.

3. Will we put up XYZ content?

We welcome suggestions from members for new content, however there are certain subjects we will not cover to remain within the boundaries of the law and general decency.

We WILL NOT do blood or scat.

 4. My usercode won't let me into the CHAT area.

The usercode and passcode that you pay for to access the members area of the site WILL NOT work in the chat area.

When you go to the chat area you need to click on REGISTER and create a usercode / passcode just for the chat.

There is no extra fee for using the chat area.
